MAKE A CHECKLIST, KEEP INGREDIENTS CLOSE BY

Add 2-3 quarts of water to a 5 quart stock pot, and place over high heat to boil.
Once the stock pot of water is at a boil, add the salt, then the pasta. Cook pasta less than package directions (usually two minutes less than the lower number on the package). Cook past el dente. Near the end of cooking, reserve 1-2 cups pasta water. Drain the pasta, but do not rinse. - 3
PLACE CHOPPED TOMATO, GARLIC, CHILI FLAKES, GROUND PEPPER AND OLIVE OIL. BLEND TO MAKE A thick SMOOTH PASTE

MELT BUTTER IN A KADAI OVER MEDIUM HEAT. SAUTE THE CHOPPED BELL PEPPERS IN IT, ABOUT 2 MINUTES. ADD THE PREPARED TOMATO PASTE TO IT. STIR IN CHEESE SPREAD, MILK CREAM, CHILI POWDER, ITALIAN HERB MIX and ketchup

ADD 1C OF RESERVED PASTA WATER. BRING IT TO BOIL. ADD THE COOKED PASTA. MIX TOGHETHER, SALT TO TASTE SIZZLER IS READY. garnish with basil or mint

TRANSFER TO A SERVING BOWL. GARNISH WITH BASIL. I LOVE CHEESE. I SPRINKLED 1C OF ITALIAN BLEND CHEESE ON THE TOP. Microwave until cheese melts, about 3 mins
