In a mixer jar add leftover Rice and 1/4 cup water, make a smooth paste.

Now in a bowl add rice paste, gram flour and water. Mix well and make a medium thick batter. Add all vegetables, salt, turmeric powder and chat masala. Mix everything well.

Now heat a pan or tawa, add oil then add rice batter. Cook both side for 3-4 mintues (low to medium flame). When one side becomes brown color or cooked flip another side. Serve it with green chutney, curd or pickle.
