Ingredients

  1. 200 gprawns (cleaned and deveined)
  2. 2–3 green chilies
  3. 1small bunch coriander leaves
  4. 1small bunch mint leaves
  5. 1medium onion (chopped)
  6. 4–5 cloves garlic
  7. 1 small piece ginger
  8. 1 tspred chili powder
  9. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  10. 1/2 tspSalt to taste
  11. 1 tbspmustard oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean prawns and fish pieces. Lightly fry them with a pinch of salt and turmeric.

  2. 2

    In a blender, add fried prawns, fish, onion, garlic, ginger, green chilies, coriander, and mint leaves.

  3. 3

    Add red chili powder and salt. Blend to a coarse chutney.

  4. 4

    Adjust consistency with a little water if needed.

  5. 5

    Transfer to a bowl and garnish with fresh coriander.

  6. 6

    Serve with hot rice, rotis, or as a side with meals.
