Manchurian Roasty Pav

For Manchurian Roasty: First ready all the vegetables and flours. Chop the ggg in chopper.

Also chop the cabbage in chopper. Grate the carrots and chop the spring onion white and green. Mix all the chopped vegetables and flours. Add in salt and pepper powder.

Add in little water and bring all together to a binded mixture.Heat a mini uttapam tawa and put drops of oil into each section.

Using a spoon set the the Manchurian Roasty mixture into each section.

Cover lid and roast them. Turn when the first side is done.Roast the second side also.

For Chinese Sauce Mix: Keep all the roasties ready in a plate. Ready all the Chinese Sauce Mix ingredients. Mix ketchup, chilli oil and Schezwan sauce.

Also mix soy sauce. Prepare a cornflour slurry and mix into the sauces.

Keep all components ready before assembling the Manchurian Roasty Pav.

Cut onions and capsicum.. Separate cabbage leaves. Steam and heat the pav for 2-3 minutes for best results (even without butter).

For Final Tadka: In 1 tbsp oil,add ggg chopped. Saute on high flame for a minute. Add in spring onion white and greens. Saute on fast flame, keeping all vegetables crunchy.

For Final Assembling: After 1 minute add in Chinese Sauce Mix. Add little water if needed. Bring to a boil. Coat the Manchurian Roasty with the boiling sauce. Slit the steaming hot soft pav. Apply some homemade chilli garlic oil on the inner side of the pav.

Place tender cabbage leaves and place the hot sauce coated Manchurian Roasty. Place the salad -onion slices and capsicum julienned.

Sprinkle noodles masala on the salad. Close pav and secure with toothpick and serve this brand new starter recipe for the New Year 🥳🎉

Tips
1. Note to use minimum quantity of flours to just bind the vegetables for best taste.
2. Steaming the pav makes them softer. And cuts out the need for butter application.
