I call them Sunday cupcakes because I often make them on a Sunday afternoon. I send some to my neighbours and my grandparents. Then, the next day I bring them to school to share with my two best friends. PLEASE LEAVE A COOK SNAP 😀

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C

Mix all the dry ingredients (Flour, sugar, baking powder and salt) in a large mixing bowl.

Put the butter in the microwave with a plastic wrap on top and spin for 40 seconds.

Crack the eggs, pour the melted butter, tip the vanilla extract, and pour the milk in.

Mix the mixture till soft and gooey.

Pour into cupcake patty

Put filled cupcake pattys into tray then into oven.

After 20 minutes, take them out to cool and then EAT THEM!!!
Tips
Add sprinkles to make a crunchy texture of the cake. Spread with jam or mushed banana. You can also do different flavours such as chocolate just by simply adding in some cocoa powder or you can even put in frozen raspberries to make it even more delicious!
