Aloo Paratha

Steps

Mix flour, salt, sugar, and 1 tbsp ghee. Add water and knead into a smooth dough. Rest for 10 minutes.

Boil, peel, and mash the potatoes. Add salt, onion, coriander, chaat masala, and green chilies. Mix well.

Divide the dough into balls. Roll each into a roti.

Spread the potato mixture on half of each roti. Fold and seal the edges.

Heat a tawa. Cook the paratha on both sides, brushing with ghee until golden.

Serve hot.
Tips
For extra flavor, you can adjust the amount of chaat masala and green chilies according to your taste.
