Turn on your slow cooker to high or low, if you wanna eat in 4 hours its high, if you wanna eat in 8 its low.

If you want to add chicken, dice it up into chunks.

Then lob all of the ingredients into the slow cooker, except the coriander and the rice.

Fill the chopped tomato tin up with water and add this in too.

Then just leave it for 4 or 8 hours depending on setting.

Before you eat, add the coriander in, and make some rice.
