Ingredients

4-8 Hrs
6 servings
  • 1white onion
  • 3 clovesgarlic (or 3 tsp lazy garlic)
  • 2 Tbspground ginger (or real ginger blended up)
  • 1 Tbspground cumin
  • 1 Tbspcurry powder
  • 1 Tspturmeric
  • 1 Tspchilli powder/flakes
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 600 gChicken breast
  • 400 gsplit red lentils
  • 1 tincoconut milk (light is also fine to reduce kcals)
  • 1 Tbspdried coriander
  • rice
  • 1 tinchopped tomatoes or 4-500g passata

Steps

4-8 Hrs
  1. 1

    Turn on your slow cooker to high or low, if you wanna eat in 4 hours its high, if you wanna eat in 8 its low.

  2. 2

    If you want to add chicken, dice it up into chunks.

  3. 3

    Then lob all of the ingredients into the slow cooker, except the coriander and the rice.

  4. 4

    Fill the chopped tomato tin up with water and add this in too.

  5. 5

    Then just leave it for 4 or 8 hours depending on setting.

  6. 6

    Before you eat, add the coriander in, and make some rice.

  7. 7

    Enjoy
