  • 2medium, peeled and julienned Carrot
  • 1, sliced Green pepper
  • 1 tablespoonSesame oil
  • 1 tablespoonSoy sauce
  • 200g, cooked and chilled Cold noodles (udon, kalguksu, or soba)

    Heat sesame oil in a pan, lightly fry the carrots for 2 minutes.

  2. 2

    Remove carrots, add green pepper, and fry with soy sauce for 1 minute.

  3. 3

    Cook noodles, rinse in cold water, and drain well.

  4. 4

    Mix carrots, green pepper, and noodles together in a bowl.

  5. 5

    Serve immediately.
