Wheat flour fritters

Take a bowl add wheat flour, jaggery powder, grated coconut, banana, cardamom powder,baking soda and salt.

Gradually add milk and stir until a thick and dropping consistency batter is formed. Rest the batter for fifteen minutes.

Heat oil in a pan over medium drop. Drop spoonful of batter in to the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy both sides. Take out from oil. Keep it in kitchen tissue.

Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve it hot. Enjoy the healthy and tasty wheat flour fritters.
