This perticular recipe was tought to me by my late mother . It always takes me back to that comfort level specially if complemented with khichdi or even plain steamed rice.

This perticular recipe was tought to me by my late mother . It always takes me back to that comfort level specially if complemented with khichdi or even plain steamed rice.
Steps

Add tomatoes and garlic to a blender (no water to be added).

Blend it till a smooth paste is formed

Shift the paste into a pot along with oil, salt, red chilli powder, Coriander powder, turmeric powder, dried mango, curry leaves and chopped Coriander leaves

Mix it well and heat it on high flame for 2-3 minutes

Add the fish once boiling is seen. Turn the fish for it to evenly cook. Cook for another 8 minutes on low flame with lid.

Serve hot with steamed rice or khichdi.
