It is so easy to turn cake mix into cookies, and you only need 3 ingredients. The chocolate drizzle is optional.

Preheat to 350°F and line baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, add eggs, cake mix and oil. Mix until well combined.

Bake on oven rack for 10-13 minutes, and remove as soon as gloss is gone. The cookies will continue to bake. Move to cooling tray after 10 minutes and let cool completely.

In a small bowl, chop up white chocolate bar and pour in a little coconut oil. Mix and melt in microwave on 30 second intervals. Pour over cookies and let cool. *OPTIONAL*
