Roast gobhi aloo sabzi in a pan to dry it.Mix salt.Let it cool.

Take small portion from the dough,make a ball,roll it like a small chapati,put sabzi in the center and close it from all the sides.Now roll it like a chapati.

Heat tawa, grease it with ghee,place paratha on it and shallow fry from both the sides until golden brown.Your spicy,soft and tasty paratha is ready to serve.Enjoy it with butter and curd.
