This is the first time I cooked palak and moong dal sambar. It will done is south region mixed with toor dal but I tried with moong dal. It was best in taste and with consistency.

This is the first time I cooked palak and moong dal sambar. It will done is south region mixed with toor dal but I tried with moong dal. It was best in taste and with consistency.
Steps

Here I'mein using electric hot pot,so cooking moong dal and palak leaves separate around 10 minutes. Until moong dal cooked soft and palak leaves till rawness.

Now add oil added mustard seeds, chopped ginger and garlic, greenchilli fry it well later add onion fry it well.

Now add chopped tomato fry it well till turns to softness

Now add the spices like turmeric, black pepper powder and sambar powder mixed it well add salt as per taste.

Now add boiled moong dal and palak leaves. Mix it well according to sambar consistency add water and bring it to boil so that it blends well. Serve with hot sambar with rice.
