Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 cupRice (uncooked)
  2. 1/2 cupCabbage (chopped)
  3. 1/2 cupMinji (green peas)
  4. Mishiri 1/2cup (French beans)
  5. 1/2 cupBell peppers (diced)
  6. 1/2 cupCarrots (diced)
  7. 1/2 cupOnions (chopped)
  8. 1/2 tspBlack pepper
  9. 1/4 tspTurmeric
  10. 1/2 tspSpanish paprika
  11. 1/2 tspCurry powder
  12. 1/2 tspSalt
  13. 1 cubeBeef cubes (crumbled)
  14. 1 tbspSoy sauce
  15. 1/2 tspRoyco
  16. 2 tbspCooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil rice until almost cooked, then drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan, add onions, carrots, bell peppers, cabbage, minji and mishiri. Stir-fry for 3 minutes.

    Add black pepper, turmeric, paprika, curry powder, salt, beef cubes, and Royco. Mix well.

  4. 4

    Add the boiled rice and soy sauce. Stir to combine.

  5. 5

    Cover and steam on low heat for 5 minutes until flavors blend.

Tips

For extra flavor, you can add a splash of sesame oil or garnish with green onions before serving.
