  1. Halfa medium Cabbage
  2. 4Eggs
  3. 3 cloveGarlic
  4. 1Green chilies
  5. 2 tbspHoisin sauce
  6. 1 tbspChili oil
  7. 1 tbspCooking oil
  8. 1/4 tspSalt
  9. 1 pinchPepper

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Slice cabbage, mince garlic, and slice green chilies.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan, sear cabbage until edges are slightly browned.

  3. 3

    Add garlic and green chilies, stir-fry until fragrant.

  4. 4

    Push veggies aside, scramble eggs in the same pan.

  5. 5

    Mix eggs and veggies, season with salt and pepper.

  6. 6

    Serve on a plate, drizzle hoisin sauce, chili oil, and chili crisp on top.

Tips

For extra flavor, consider adding a splash of soy sauce or sesame oil.
