Firstly boil 5 potatoes than in a Kadai add 2 tablespoon oil. When the oil gets hot add zeera, salt - chopped chilli and. 1 cup Sooji.

Mix all the ingredients well.Now add 1 and 1/2 cup water to cook sooji.

Now mix all the things till the sooji absorbs the water and it thickens into a soft dough.

Allow the suji dough to cool slightly.

Now knead the sooji dough in the mashed potatoes until smooth. Take small portions of the dough, shape them into rounds, and flatten slightly. Use your finger to poke a hole in the center to give it a classic medu vada look.

Deep fry in hot oil on medium flame until they turn golden brown and crispy on both sides.

Now your Sooji Aloo Vada is ready to serve enjoy 😋
