Gajar ka halwa is the best dessert option for this valentine's day celebration 💕 Because my husband favourite and also I prepared as in totally healthy way, and also called is kings of dessert. So I would like to share Gajar Ka Halwa which is purely desi dessert, connected in desi emotion, timeless tredition and pure winter bliss 🥰💕

Boil raw slices of carrot with 1 cup of milk and 1 tsp ghee mix it and 2 whistles in a cooker on low flame.Let it cool completely, then mashed it.

Heat a kadhai add 2 cup full fat milk, 2 tsp sugar and cook until thickens consistency on medium flame.like thick mawa and keep aside.

Take out of mawa in a bowl, And same kadhai,add cooked carrot mixture and cook for 5 mins then add gur and cook another 5 mins on medium flame. Add 2 tsp ghee, chopped nuts and cardamom powder stir continuously.

Cook on medium flame for another few mins until it start leaving the edges of kadhai. Then turn off the flame. Ready to serve.Serve with some remaining mawa (mawa cut into the heart shape) Keep it fridge. Enjoy it with your soulmate, your valentine 💕🥰🤩
Tips
When preparing carrot halwa, always used medium sized carrot 🥕🥕🥕 add jaggery, make more delicious and healthy halwa 😊
