This sandwich dhokla is nutritious and tasty.I have made it with semolina,curd and vegetables.For green colour I have used spinach and for filling onion,carrot.My husband loves healthy food,so I made this for him.

This sandwich dhokla is nutritious and tasty.I have made it with semolina,curd and vegetables.For green colour I have used spinach and for filling onion,carrot.My husband loves healthy food,so I made this for him.
Steps

Mix semolina, curd and salt.Add water to make batter.Leave it for 5 min.

Heat oil 2 tbsp,add green chilli,garlic,Bell pepper, capsicum,carrot,salt and mix.Saute for 2 min.Add tomato ketchup and mix.Let it cool.

Grease a square baking tin.Add Eno fruit salt in the semolina batter and 2 tbsp water over it.Mix it well.Now divide the semolina batter into 2 parts.Mix spinach puree in this batter.Transfer this batter into greased baking dish.Boil water in a broad pan or steamer.Put the tin in the center and cover. Steam it for 5 min.

Now spread vegetables over it and cover it with white semolina batter.Sprinkle pumpkin seeds over it.Steam it for 15 - 20 min

Your delicious and healthy sandwich dhokla is ready to serve.
