  1. 2 1/4 lbspork ribs
  2. 1 clovegarlic, minced
  3. 1/2 inchginger, grated
  4. 3 tablespoonssoy sauce
  5. 2 tablespoonssake
  6. 1 1/2 tablespoonsmirin
  7. 2 tablespoonscane sugar
  8. 2 tablespoonsketchup

    In a resealable plastic bag, combine all the pork ribs and ingredients, and mix well. Refrigerate overnight.

    Preheat the oven to 400°F. Place the pork ribs in the oven for 25-35 minutes, depending on your oven. Watch carefully as the sauce can burn easily. Turn the ribs to cook evenly. If it starts to burn, cover with aluminum foil.
