  1. 1 eachLarge Onion
  2. 2 eachLarge Potatoes
  3. 3 eachLarge Celery Stalks sliced into 1 inch pieces
  4. 1 lbGround Hamburger
  5. 1/3 cupUncooked Rice
  6. 1 canDrained Kidney Beans
  7. 1 canTomatoe Soup + 1/2 can water
  8. 4 dashworcestershire sauce
  9. 2 cupShredded Cheese any kind
  10. 2 eachBeef Boullion Cubes

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 300°F. Place onion, potatoes, celery, hamburger, rice, kidney beans in layers into a large roasting pan, starting with onions.

    Heat tomato soup, Boullion Cubes, water, worcestershire sauce until all blended and pour over other ingredients in pan.

  3. 3

    Cover and bake 2.5 hrs, remove lid cover with cheese, and place back in oven without lid until cheese is melted.
