Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

Add onion, red bell pepper, green pepper, tomato, water, and tomato paste to a skillet.

  2. 2

Simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes, making sure the mixture stays juicy.

  3. 3

Add salt, paprika, thyme, and black pepper. Mix well.

  4. 4

Sprinkle mozzarella, cheddar, and romano cheese on top.

  5. 5

Cover and cook on low heat until cheese melts, watching to avoid burning the bottom.

Tips

You can use only mozzarella or any kind of cheese as long as the veggies are not dry from simmering to ensure a juicy sauce-like vibe. Keep an eye on the melting cheese to avoid burning.
