Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss potatoes with olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet.

Roast potatoes for 20 minutes. Toss, then roast 10 more minutes. Add garlic, roast 3-5 minutes until tender.

Remove potatoes, drizzle with lemon juice, sprinkle lemon zest, parsley, dill, and feta.

In a bowl, combine turkey, garlic, onion, egg, breadcrumbs, dill, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.

Form into approximately 14 meatballs (will vary depending on size).

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook meatballs 7-8 minutes, turning to brown all sides, until internal temp is 165°F (74°C). Alternatively, cook in the air fryer for 10 minutes at 400° (204°C).

Serve meatballs over potatoes with sliced cucumber and a dollop of tzatziki or dill yogurt sauce.
Tips
For extra flavor, consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes to the meatball mixture or using fresh herbs in the potato mix.
