Crab & prawn linguine in chilli butter because we don’t do boring pasta over here 😌🔥 Sweet crab, juicy prawns, glossy heat… and yes the full recipe is on Cookpad. Follow, save, make it.

Cook linguine in salted water until al dente.

Toast panko breadcrumbs in a pan with a little olive oil until golden.

Add grated Parmesan, lemon zest, and chopped basil to the breadcrumbs. Set aside.

In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic and chili.

Add prawns and cook until pink, then add crab meat and halved cherry tomatoes.

Toss in cooked linguine and a squeeze of lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.

Plate the pasta and sprinkle generously with the lemon-Parmesan-basil breadcrumbs.

Garnish with extra basil and a lemon wedge.
Tips
For extra flavor, consider adding a splash of white wine when cooking the prawns.
