A simple vegetarian dish for everyday meals.

Rinse the kombu seaweed, soak until soft, then cut into small pieces or thin strips.

Slice the leek and sauté in vegetable oil over low heat until fragrant.

Add the tofu and stir-fry gently, then add the annatto oil. Sprinkle in the seasoning salt and mix well.

Add the cut kombu seaweed and stir-fry over low heat for about 10-15 minutes until some of the liquid evaporates.

If desired, add chopped chili or chili sauce and stir-fry for a few more minutes.

Tip: Stir-fry over low heat so the tofu stays moist and creamy—don’t let it dry out completely to keep its richness.
