5-6large carrots quartered
3-4chicken breast
1/2 cuphoney
1/2 cupTamari
1 tbspbasil
1/2 tbspblack pepper
8 clovesgarlic minced
1 tspcrushed red pepper flakes
1 bagfrozen green beans

Put everything but the green beans in the crockpot

Cook on low for 6 hours, on high for 4 hours. Add green beans and let cook for another 30 min.

I served it with dinner rolls but would be great with cornbread.
