Ingredients

4-6 hours
5 servings
  • 5-6large potatoes quartered
  • 5-6large carrots quartered
  • 3-4chicken breast
  • 1/2 cuphoney
  • 1/2 cupTamari
  • 1 tbspbasil
  • 1/2 tbspblack pepper
  • 8 clovesgarlic minced
  • 1 tspcrushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 bagfrozen green beans

Steps

4-6 hours
  1. 1

    Put everything but the green beans in the crockpot

  2. 2

    Cook on low for 6 hours, on high for 4 hours. Add green beans and let cook for another 30 min.

  3. 3

    I served it with dinner rolls but would be great with cornbread.
