First take toovar dal wash it properly then soak in water for 15 minutes. Then I combine the dal with 1.1/2 of water in pressure cooker mix well and cook for three whistles.

Then take the wheat flour in a bowl and add oil and mix well and knead proper dough using enough water.

Then allow the steam to escape before opening the cooker lid. Then heat the ghee in a broad non-stick pan.Add dal sugar and jaggery and mix well cook on medium flame for 10 minutes for the mixture dal thicken steering continuously the mixture saffron water mix well 1 tsp cardamom powder cardamom powder

Then add1 tsp cardamom powder and nutmeg powder mix well cool slightly and divided into equal portion ball keep a side.

Then take one portion ofdough then roll it and make roti put dal mixer ball between roti and fold the ages of the dough. Then again roll it. Then make puran poli.

And hai cook on tawa over a medium flame till it turn golden brown from both sides. Then spread ghee on puran poli then transfer to a serving plate put Puran mixture between puran puli in decorate puran ball around the dish. And enjoy Holi festival.Enjoy!!!

Tips
Make Purana mixture properly add cardamom powder so Puran Puli become sweet and enjoy Holi festival
