Ingredients

  1. 150 g(sliced) Chorizo
  2. 1(chopped) Red onion
  3. 2 cloves(minced) Garlic
  4. 100 mlRed wine
  5. 1 tbspOlive oil
  6. 1/2(finely chopped) Chili (fresh or dried)
  7. 1/4 tsp(to taste) Salt
  8. 1/4 tsp(to taste) Black pepper
  9. 2(for serving, optional) Bread rolls

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

  2. 2

    Add red onion, garlic, and chili, sauté until soft.

  3. 3

    Add sliced chorizo and cook slowly on medium heat, letting the flavors develop.

  4. 4

    Pour in red wine, simmer until the sauce thickens and chorizo is tender.

  5. 5

    Season with salt and black pepper.

  6. 6

    Serve warm with bread rolls to soak up the sauce.

Tips

The longer you cook the chorizo on medium heat, the more flavor will be in the pan.
