Some days you just need a delicious breakfast to start your day right. These pancakes are my little treat: easy, quick, and with that sweet touch that brightens up the morning.

Beat the egg, then add the oat flour, baking powder, vanilla extract to taste, honey, milk, and whey protein powder. Mix until smooth.

Heat a nonstick skillet over low heat and lightly grease it with a little oil (just for the first batch).

Pour batter into the skillet. When you see bubbles forming on the surface, it's time to flip the pancake.

Serve and enjoy.
