Pour 1/2 cup of milk and the chocolate chips into a sauce pan, melt chocolate chips on low-med heat. STIRRRRR

Mix the remaining 1/4 cup of milk with the corn starch in a small bowl/measuring cup until no lumps. Keep checking + stirring pot though

Pour the cornstarch mixture into the pot, continuing to stir

Optional* Add a splash of vanilla, a tbsp espresso powder, cinnamon, and/or cayenne pepper to enhance the flavor. You can add whatever combo you want.

Pour into a mug and serve with a spoon (for bonus points you can also dip strawberries in it)
