  • 1 cupMilkmaid -
  • strandsSaffron - few
  • 1 tspCardamom powder -

    Makhana dates kulfi is made by soaking makhana,dates, cashew nuts and almonds in lukewarm milk for 30 mins.

    Blend into thick,creamy paste with cardamom powder and few saffron strands.

    Add milkmaid and mix well.

    Pour into clay pots and freeze for 5 hours.

    Garnish with pumpkin seeds.
