Soak sabudana in water for 30 minute then drain.

Boil milk add saffron strands and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring gently.

Add soaked sabudana, and cook on low heat until pearls turn translucent.than add chirongi or kishmish.

Let the kheer cool slightly before adding sugar. Mix well.

Kheer is ready.
Tips
Do not mix sugar into hot kheer to prevent curdling and maintain a smooth texture.
