Steps

Cook basmati rice and let it cool completely.

Heat oil in a wok, add prawns, fish, and cuttlefish. Add a little salt and pepper, stir fry 3–4 minutes. Remove and set aside.

In the same wok, add oil and fry the garlic, ginger, and chilli blend until fragrant.

Add carrot and leeks. 2 egg Stir fry for 2–3 minutes.

Add cooked rice and mix well on high heat.

Pour in the sauce mixture and combine evenly

Add cooked seafood and mix gently.

Add spring onions and adjust salt to taste.
Tips
Use cold rice for best texture
Cook on high heat for smoky flavor
Do not overcook seafood
