Ingredients

  2. 2 spoonsghee
  3. 1 teaspoonOf oil
  4. 4_5 cardamom
  5. 5_6 Black pepper
  6. 1 spoonsgarlic paste
  7. 1 spoonsginger chili paste
  8. 1 teaspoonsturmeric powder
  9. 1 teaspoonOf chili powder
  10. 1/2 teaspoonCoriander powder
  11. 1 teaspoonBiryani masala
  12. 1/4 cupfried onion
  13. 1chopped onion
  14. strandssaffron
  15. 2 spoonsmilk
  16. 1 bowlsteamed vegetables (peas)
  17. As Require cauliflower & carrots
  18. 1 teaspoonCumin seeds
  19. 1 piecesSmallof cinnamon
  20. 1 cupOf curd
  21. 1/2 cupfried cashews
  22. leavesMint
  23. Coriander

    Prepare All The Ingredients And Keep The Rice Soaked For An Hour And Then Add Khada Masala And Steam It Το 90%.

    Now Take Out The Rice And Remove The Khada Masala And Now We Will Also Boil The Green Vegetables With Some Pinch Of Salt.Now Add 1/2 Fried Onion, Half A Cup Of Curd And Grind It In A Mixer And Add All The Spices And Mix It By Adding Garlic Paste, Ginger Chili Paste.

    Now Mix The Boiled Vegetables In The Paste And Add A Little More Salt To It, Then Add Ground Spices In A Pan, Saute The Onion And Fry It, Then Add The Mix You Have Made And Fry It, Adding 1/2 Cup Of Curd And 1/2 Of It. Remove

    Now Pour The Mixture In A Pan And Spread It, Then Put Half Of The Rice In It, Spread It Too, Add Mint Leaves, Spread The Mixture You Have Kept Aside, Spread The Rice Again And Spread It. Add Saffron Milk, Fry Cashews And Ghee And Add Fried Onions And Fry Your Biryani On A Thick Griddle And Keep It For 30 Minutes.
