2 sliceswhole grain German-style bread
1small container cottage cheese
6cherry tomatoes
1little arugula
1little balsamic glaze

Gather all your ingredients on the kitchen counter.

Place the bread slices on a plate and spread half of the cottage cheese on top.

Add some arugula and top with three cherry tomatoes, cut in half.

Drizzle with a little balsamic glaze and enjoy.
