Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupsdried couscous
  2. 3/4 cupswater
  3. 1/2 cupchopped mixed fresh herbs mint, parsley and chives - or your Favourites
  4. 1/2lemon juiced
  5. 1 tablespoonsolive oil or Salted Butter
  6. Salt and pepper to Taste
  7. 1/4 CupFroozen Peas - Options

  1. 1

    Put Water and Cous Cous in a pan and cook as per instructions - mine is bring to boil then turn off heat and let stand for 4 mins.

    Use a folk to "fluff up" then add the butter, Juice and Herbs (and defrosted Peas if Using) lightly toss again. Serve Warm - AMAZING :P

Well I started with Cookpad during Covid....... Guess alot of us did, Amazing Site great to share with passitionate people. I have no formal training but have eaten in some of the best fine dinning restraunts in the world and also learnt from My mum and Grandma with "a pinch of" and "about a handfull" - if we share we love.
