Salad with boiled beef and radish

A fantastic salad. Absolutely. Just three basic ingredients, yet the flavor is rich and vibrant. It's filling. Perfect for a holiday or a family dinner. Boil the beef ahead of time; mine took three hours to cook, making it very tender. And make your own light mayonnaise sauce; it'll be even more delicious.

Steps
- 1
Cut the boiled beef into thin strips. Or separate it into fibers by hand. I cut it and then separated it. 😂
- 2
Cut the sweet radish into very thin strips or grate it, trying to make long slices.
- 3
Slice the onion into thin half rings. Fry in a small amount of vegetable oil over very low heat. Don't fry or brown the onion; it should just soften.
- 4
Make a light mayonnaise sauce, or use store-bought salad dressing. For the sauce, pour milk and vegetable oil into a tall glass. Add a little salt. Blend the mixture with an immersion blender. When a smooth emulsion is achieved, add a spoonful of vinegar. Whisk. If it's too thick, thin it with another spoonful of milk. Whisk. Taste. Adjust to taste.
- 5
Chop the green onions. Gently toss the salad. Arrange the "tower" on a wide, flat plate. Garnish with boiled quail eggs and pomegranate seeds (I used cranberries). You can add a couple of bell pepper rings for decoration.
- 6
When serving, drizzle with sauce. Enjoy! 🥰
Tips
It is very important not to overcook the onions and to use a light sauce for dressing, or even replace it with olive oil and a drop of vinegar.
