Ingredients. Fry chopped onion with vegetable oil until good color.

Add minced pork and scallops. Mix seasonings well and add it in pork mixture.

Cool it and make meatball.

Put water in Shiratama powder a little by little. And make soft dough.

Wrap meatball with Shiratama mochi dough.

Boil meatball mochi in boiling water. (5 minutes)

Mix chili sauce ingredients. And pour the sauce on mochi.

Wrap the meatball mochi with pickled salty Sakura leaves. So yummy 🌸
