Easy Garlic Butter Shrimp 🦐

Heat a small amount of butter in a pan over medium-high heat.

Add half the shrimp in a single layer, not touching. Cook 1 minute on one side.

Flip shrimp, cook 30 seconds on the other side. Transfer to a bowl.

Repeat with remaining shrimp, then transfer to the bowl.

Add remaining butter and garlic to the pan. Sauté until fragrant.

Return all shrimp and juices to the pan. Sprinkle Old Bay, toss, and cook 1–2 minutes.

Transfer shrimp to a bowl and serve with jasmine rice.
Tips
Cooking the shrimp in a single layer ensures even cooking and prevents steaming.
