Cut the eggs. Sprikle black pepper powder & red chilli powder. Keep aside.

In a kadai, heat oil then add chopped onion fry until its becomes golden brown. Then add ginger garlic paste, green chilies. Saute for 1 mintues, add smashed potato, salt, red chilli powder and chop masala. Mix everything well.

Now in a bowl add cornflower, egg, salt and black pepper powder. Mix well. Take a half egg, cover with potato stuffing. Coat with cornflour batter, then coat with bread crumbs. Repeat the process again (total 2 times)

Lastly heat a kadai, heat oil and deep fry the chops into medium heat. Serve with kasundi or sauce and salad.
