Schezwan Corn Salad
Steps

Add water and sugar in a pan, add corn, and boil for 10 minutes.

Strain water.Add boiled corn in a big bowl. Add butter, diced tomato and onion.

Mix in Schezwan chutney, pasta masala, and salt. Stir well.

Add lemon juice, and mix.
- 5
Serve in a glass or bowl, garnish with coriander leaves.
Tips
Feel free to adjust the spice level by adding more or less Schezwan chutney.
