First take rice wash and soaked half an hour then rice cook in cooker add ghee make 3 vhitsals. Let it cool.

Now cold rice add curd, chana dal,Urad dal mix and keep half hour. Now take tadka vessel put oil let it hot add mustard seeds, cumin seeds crackle, asafoetida, curry leaves heat then add curd rice.

Delicious and tasty curd rice sprinkle chilli pieces, coriander leaves and achar masala. Cool cool and yummy Curd rice enjoy in summer lunch.
