You can pick nettles or you can get them in dried form at these shops but I was talking about this earlier so I needed to put it on here

Nettle Stickyweed Tea
You can pick nettles or you can get them in dried form at these shops but I was talking about this earlier so I needed to put it on here

Place nettles and stickyweed or one or the other into a pan and pour kettle water over it

Add a lid and let it boil and simmer for five minutes
- 3
Don’t heat for more than five minutes otherwise the beneficial juices will evaporate with heat and time
- 4
Pour into glass and there’s no need to strain as once the nettles and stickyweed are cooled they will not sting at all and they taste delicious
