Ingredients

  1. 1 cup (240ml)Warm Water
  2. 2 ½ to 3 cupsall-purpose flour
  3. 2 ½ to 3 cupsbread flour
  4. 2 tbspOlive Oil
  5. extraOlive Oil for the bowl
  6. 1 tspSalt:
  7. 1 standard packet (2 ¼ tsp)active dry or instant yeast
  8. 1 tspSugar

    In a large bowl, whisk the warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until it becomes frothy/bubbly.

  2. 2

    Add the olive oil, salt, and 2 cups of flour. Stir with a wooden spoon or a stand mixer

  3. 3

    Add the remaining flour until the dough isn't overly sticky. Knead by hand on a floured surface for about 5–7 minutes

  4. 4

    Divide into two balls. Roll or stretch into 12-inch circles on a floured surface.

  5. 5

    Add toppings and bake for 10-15 minutes at 245°C
