In a large bowl, whisk the warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until it becomes frothy/bubbly.

Add the olive oil, salt, and 2 cups of flour. Stir with a wooden spoon or a stand mixer

Add the remaining flour until the dough isn't overly sticky. Knead by hand on a floured surface for about 5–7 minutes

Divide into two balls. Roll or stretch into 12-inch circles on a floured surface.

Add toppings and bake for 10-15 minutes at 245°C
