Ingredients

30 minutes.
one
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • Garlic
  • dhania
  • Royco
  • hoho
  • 2tomatoes
  • 1onion

Steps

30 minutes.
  1. 1

    Put cooking oil in the sufuria and place it on the cooker.

  2. 2

    After the cooking oil is heat,add onions and allow to cook till it turns golden brown

  3. 3

    Add half spoon of garlic followed by hoho cut into small pieces

  4. 4

    Allow to cook for 2-3 minutes then add tomatoes and stir

  5. 5

    Allow the the tomatoes to cook till it forms a paste,that will give the soup taste and thickness.

  6. 6

    Then add boiled Githeri and stir it well to mix the other ingredients with the Githeri.

  7. 7

    After two minutes,add warm water depending on the amount of soup one wants.This water has been added Royco and stirred to dissolve it.

  8. 8

    Cover it for ten minutes to allow it boil. add Dhania making sure it does not over cook.

  9. 9

    Serve the Sweet Githeri
