Boil or steam potato, carrot, eggs and broccoli.

Cut broccoli and egg white finely

Put half of egg white in 12cm cake mold. And put much mayonnaise on it.

Then carrot on it.

Then half of potato on it

Broccoli on it

Then put potato

Place the cake mold upside down on dish and remove the mold.

Put rest of egg white

Garnish egg york using sieve.
