Ingredients

2 people
  1. 1lettuce
  2. 1carrot
  3. 30 grdried unsweetened fruits (raisins, appricots, pinapple, cranberries etc)
  4. 1t.s. pine nuts
  5. 50 grkefalotyri cheese or gruyere
  6. 0.5t.s grape molasses
  7. 1t.s balsamic vinegar
  8. 30-40 mlolive oil
  9. salt

Steps

5 minutes
  1. 1

    Chop lettuce and carrot. Put them in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Add the fruits, the pine nuts and the cheese.

  3. 3

    Make a dressing with the molasses, vinegar and olive oil. Pour the dressing over the salad.

  4. 4

    Add salt as you wish!
