1lettuce
1carrot
30 grdried unsweetened fruits (raisins, appricots, pinapple, cranberries etc)
1t.s. pine nuts
50 grkefalotyri cheese or gruyere
0.5t.s grape molasses
1t.s balsamic vinegar
30-40 mlolive oil
salt

Chop lettuce and carrot. Put them in a bowl.

Add the fruits, the pine nuts and the cheese.

Make a dressing with the molasses, vinegar and olive oil. Pour the dressing over the salad.

Add salt as you wish!
