In a mixer bowl, combine eggs, milk, and instant yeast. Stir well.

Add bread flour, sugar, and salt. Mix and knead for 6 minutes.

Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.

Add butter and knead for 4 minutes until smooth.

Cover and rest the dough for 60 minutes.

Dust the working surface with flour. Divide dough into 50g pieces and shape into balls.

Rest the balls for 15 minutes.

Shape into buns and let rest for 45 minutes.

Then brush with milk and sprinkle coarse sugar on each one...

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15–17 minutes.

Mix sweet chocolate and warm whipped cream until smooth for the chocolate cream filling. (or use any kind of filling that you like 👍)
Tips
For best results, ensure all ingredients are at room temperature before starting.
