Prepare the dough and let it rise until it doubles size roll the dough and fill it with thick quince jam. Roll up the dough to make a log. Cut into even rolls.

Brush with egg yolk sprinkle some sesame seeds, and bake at 180 C until golden brown.
Tips
for a softer texture make sure the milk is warm not hot. Also, letting the dough rest in a warm place is the key to fluffiness
