  • 4 tbspsoaked tamarind pulp
  • 1 tspcumin powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspcardamom powder
  • 1 tspchopped mint leaves
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1 tspblack salt
  • 2 tbsppowdered sugar
  • 1 cupcold water
  • cubesIce

  1. 1

    Soak the tamarind in water, extract the tamarind pulp and keep aside.

    Now put the tamarind pulp along with the rest of the ingredients in a bowl.

    Add cold water and mix everything well.

    Finally pour it in a glass, add ice cubes and serve chilled.
